Integrate Cardinity into your Opencart shop.

Opencart is an easy to-use, powerful, Open Source online store management program that can manage multiple online stores from a single back-end. Administrative area simply by filling in forms and clicking “Save”. There are many professionally-written extensions available to customize the store to your needs.

Integration guide

Recommended method (works with Opencart 3.0+ and 2.3+)

  1. Go to Opencart admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Extensions → Installer.
  3. Click "Upload" and choose the downloaded Cardinity plugin's ocmod.zip file.
  4.  to install and configure the extension, go to Extensions → Extensions.
  5. In the dropdown menu, choose "Payments".
  6. Find Cardinity module and click "Install".
  7. After the installation, click "Edit" and insert your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
    Note: If you are using Opencart version 2.3, while configuring you also need to enter Project ID to "Project key" and Project Secret. To be able to use the "External checkout" option, you also need to enter ProjectID and Project secret while configuring.
  8. Set status to "Enabled".
  9. Click "Save" to complete the integration

Alternative method (works with any Opencart version)

  1. Extract the Cardinity plugin ocmod.zip file, copy "upload" folder's contents and paste it into Opencart main directory. Note: merge the folders if prompted.
  2. Go to Opencart admin panel.
  3. Navigate to Extensions → Extensions.
  4. In the dropdown menu, choose "Payments".
  5. Find Cardinity module and click "Install".
  6. After the installation, click "Edit" and insert your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
    Note: If you are using Opencart version 2.3, while configuring you also need to enter Project ID to "Project key" and Project Secret.
    Note: To be able to use the "External checkout" option, you also need to enter Project ID and Project secret while configuring.
  7. Set status to "Enabled".
  8. Click save to finish the integration.
