Everything About Payment Processing

What are the processing limits and fund reserves?

There is a limit on the amount you can accept per transaction through Cardinity. We are entitled to withhold a percentage of your funds in reserve in order to ensure that a particular amount of funds is kept and used for repayments (chargebacks), any related fees, and payments of other penalties. The percentage ranges from 0% to 10% depending on your business risk. The reserve amount is held for a particular period of time (90-180 days) after which it is paid back to you.
